I'm 1 month preggo, I do 200 cardo situps everyday, is it safe? If it is, how long until I should stop doing them.

  • The reason you're not supposed to do a lot of ab work during pregnancy is because the ab muscles actually separate to make room for the uterus. That's why, later in pregnancy, if you go to do a sit-up or something like it, you'll notice a bulge in the middle of your abdomen. I'm not sure about specific times you should stop, but you should definitely ask your doctor, and try to stop until you can ask and get a definite answer.
