  • I haven't started yet but I do already have my list made. I'll probably start in a couple weeks.

  • This Wednesday we are doing "crash" shopping for our baby (due in OCTOBER) to get everything she needs and then next paycheck we are starting on Christmas! I like to start at the beginning of the year usually but sometimes money just doesn't allow us to. We'll get a decent headstart this year though so no complaints!

  • We have been looking. I have three birthdays before Christmas so I am looking like "Okay G is gonna get clothes for pre-K. Ang...a gift card to Wet Seal. Kris...damn husbands being indecisive" After November 7th (the hub's bday)...I usually start Christmas...I save my uncle for last because he's easy. He loves him some jammies.

  • Yes we are getting a customized play house for our girls so we have started shopping around for it and the furnishings to go in it.

  • I start for the next year right after Christmas as we have a HUGE family and we buy for all of them (or make gifts for all of them), I have a spreadsheet so I know what we got for whom each year and also what we received, it's made life a lot easier! This year I have a few easy projects I am working on for Christmas and have started them already and hope to finish them within the next month or so.

  • Yes, Because I accepted part trade for my car I sold. My teen daughter is getting a pink electric guitar with amp. My son is getting a new X-Box 360. Although I may sell it and put the money towards a Wii or a drum set.
Being that I converted from Chrisitianity to Paganism. We celebrate Winter Solstice through Christmas with a small gift hung on our holiday tree each day. Then a gift for the family, One large present on Christmas day along with stockings. Oh and we always get a couple new board games. We love playing them together.
My kids are 12 and 17 so the whole Santa thing is over. With money being tight we are mostly exchanging DVDs this year. There are about 10 we want. We would have bought them any way. : )

  • I shop all year round. Whenever I see something I know someone would like I go ahead and buy it and hide it in the closet.
