feeling less movement?

I'll be 24 weeks tomorrow. My baby usually kicks hard... but yesterdy and today it's been real soft. Should I be worried or do you think he is just in a different position?

  • your baby is just cozy
if there is NO movement for a day then worry
but as your baby gets bigger, he/she may have quieter times
hard not to worry, but think of it as you are providing the most comfortable place to chill

and you are already a good mom, because good moms worry all the time

  • If LO is still kicking, he should be fine...I used to "poke" my baby if he hadn't moved in a while...just to make sure he was still okay...

  • I had this happen around the same time and I was concerned. I called My midwife and she told me that it is perfectly normal at this stage, and said I could come in and hear the heartbeat if it would make me feel better!!! I took her word for it.. The baby ended up being just fine :)
