  • Chicken Supreme

    4 chicken breasts
    1 ½ cups rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
    generous sprinkle dried onion soup
    2 cans water

put rice in bottom of casserole, pour celery soup and 1 ½ cup water over. Place chicken on top and sprinkle with onion soup. Pour mushroom soup and remaining water over. Cover with 2 thicknesses of foil and bake 350° 1 ½ to 2 hours.

  • Apple Butter Chicken
4-6 boneless chick breasts, apple butter, apples (4 should be enough unless you want more)and butter.
Boil water, turn oven to 350. trim fat off chick breasts and boil for 10min. Take chick out of water and put in casserole dish, slice apples (i do bite size for my toddlers)spread apples over chick, pour apple butter over apples and chicken, drop about 6tbs of butter randomly over that (a tbs here a tbs there so it melts into the apple butter and creates like a sauce.) Then bake in oven for about 20 til chckn is no longer pink, but careful not to over cook or chckn gets rubbery.
This goes great with mashed potatoes, just spoon apples and apple butter sauce from chckn over potatoes for a gravy like thing.
If you need better instructions, let me know.
