  • Though...if it is your child, perhaps you could encourage the kid to say "that's aweful" or "How dredful!" (Then of course his or her friends might think they'd come out of the 70s...but at least they wouldn't be cussing.)

  • Hey at least they are communicating with someone, or should I say expressing their thoughts, opinions, and feelings. At that age it is sometimes more important than how they say it.

  • That sucks, that's retarded and that's gay are all phrases that are not allowed here. They can say that stinks but the other 3 are not allowed here. They wouldn't say that's crappy because they don't really talk like that.
