Anyone have unique weight gains during pregnancy?

I'm 35 weeks I was a small framed person before i got pregnant, 5"8 and 135 and since then i've only gained 12 pounds, dr says my diet seems great i eat like a horse and baby is very very healthy, just came as kind of a shock to me! as long as she and i are healthy it must not be a problem lol anyone else have some unique weight gains? i dont think mine is probably to uncommon though?

  • LOL, lucky you dear! I gained 50 with my 1st, 15 with my 2nd, and I'm 34 weeks along and haven't gained any weight. I wasn't overweight to begin with but I'm chunky, lol. As long as my baby is healthy and growing as she should, I don't really care how much weight I gain, lol.

  • You didn't say how far along you are. I gained less 18 and 17 with my first two pregnancies, and I wasn't a large person. I weigh more now not pregnant than I did at 9 months with my first child and most people still think I'm fairly thin.

  • Gains? No. Actually, I lost a bunch of weight. (I am overweight to start, and I tried to be as healthy as possible while I was pregnant, so I ate a lot better, walked almost every day, etc.). I ended up being 12 lbs UNDER my beginning weight when I had the baby.
Granted, I've gained it all back..
