When did your little one start teething?

My son is just under two months old and I've noticed that the only time he's not crying is when he has a cold binky, a finger, or a teething ring in his mouth. And you can feel one tooth coming in.
I always thought that teething didn't happen for a couple of months though...

  • All my girls got teeth at around 3 to 4 months. My baby is 7 months and has 7 teeth. Babies can be born with teeth (though very rare). As the others said they can act like they are teething, but is can take awhile for some teeth to erupt. If you can feel a tooth, then most likely an early teether.

  • My daughter acted like she was teething at like 2 or 3 months old. I know that teething can take awhile but the tooth just popped up above the gum line on her 6 month birthday
