Water Conditioner / Softener

We have hard water with iron and build-up and crap in it. We need to get a system that will take care of that...meaning more than just a softener. Culligan was out here today and quoted us $1,800 for a system...does anyone know if that's reasonable?

  • It's reasonable. We have a RainSoft water conditioner purchased 14 years ago for around $2000 and we have REALLY bad water so it's a top of the line system with extras. We've only had to have it serviced twice.
