    8 green peppers

    2lbs hamburger

    1 box instant rice

    1 big can v-8 juice

    worcestshire sauce

    garlic powder

    pepper, salt

    1 cup cheddar cheese ( shredded )

Cut off the tops of peppers, remove insides ( throw away)

mix together meat, spices ( to taste) put in a couple dashes worcestshire sauce, a cup of instant rice a little ketchup and cheese.

Roll into balls and stuff the peppers, I like to leave a little over the top. Put into a baking pan or electric skillet, Pour the can of v-8 juice over top of them. If you are using a oven bake on 350 for 2 hours. If elec skillet cover and let simmer for 2 hrs, adjust heat accordingly.

  • Goulash is always a yummy dish! Shepard's pie is quite tasty too. You can find many recipes for either of these online, and these are always a hit with my kids too, very kid friendly!

Those are a few recipes, I couldn't type out all how I make them since I'd run out of space so linked them, there is also lasagna, meat loaf and other types of casseroles among other ideas.
