My little kids are healthy but just plain don't eat much. So instead of shoving 3 big meals down their throats I give them 5 small portions a day and all of us are much happier. Since I'm not big on food myself and don't like cooking I hate to put a whole lot of evert into making just a snack size thing for them every few hours. It usually just ends up being sandwhiches and mac and cheese. What are your top 5 snacks or small meals that you give your kids? And please, keep them simple.
