has anyone ever got stung by an yellow jacket bee while pregnant ?what did u do ?did it harm the baby?

  • If you aren't allergic then there is no problem. Remove the stinger and put an icepack on to reduce swelling. I use aloe vera on the area.

  • only if your allergic should you be worried. Its a skin wound, cant hurt the baby.

  • I got stung while I was pregnant with my son. My arm hurt, but we put ice on it and everything was fine. Yellow jackets actually bite more often than they sting... it's still poisonous which is why it swells and can itch after a few days. Just FYI.
