Does anyone have a copy of theirs?? I don't go to any church but i do have very religious beliefs against the things that are done and put in these vaccines. Would be much appreciated.

  • You don't have to attend a church to get a religious exemption. You also do not need to state your religion.

I believe you can find a copy of the form on the net. Try Googling it.

And yes, Anon 10:54, many states allow for a religious exemption from vaccines.

  • You can send kids to school without the vaccines because of religious beliefs? I'm just curious.
