What are some good exercise ideas for toddler/preschoolers?

My middle child is 2 1/2 and ASD/ADHD. We managed to get him to sleep last night in his own room pretty much all night, and I attribute this to us taking a 3 hour walk at the zoo. What are some good activities I can do at home to wear him out every day? :)

  • We have the same problems with my son. We bought him one of those blow up bouncers and we all play in for several hours in the evening and we also try to keep him from taking a nap. Usually by bedtime he is ready to crash. Good luck!!
