I had skinny arms, which I liked and I styarted working out in Jan. and I have noticed that they aren't as skinny, they have gotten more muscular but they look bigger & bluky to me. I work them out 1-2 times a week. I do 3 sets of 15 reps on the machines. i didn't think I was doing enough to make them look like this. I want my skinny arms back but want them to stay toned. Suggestions?Answer Question
