eczema

i'm pretty sure the rash on my inner theighs is eczema. are there any good over-the-counter meds or any good home remedies you could suggest?

  • aquahphor lotion or eucerin make sure to keep it dry and if it gets bad seek light therapy treatment

  • no dairy
    keep baths/showers short, infrequent and tepid
    drink lots of water
    keep the affected areas well moisturized; coconut oil is great!

  • yes i'm just lookin to make it better lol thanks everyone for your suggestions so far! I also read that oatmeal baths are good for it. I give my son oatmeal baths when he has diaper rash and it shows amazing results overnight. I would imagine it'll help me out as well.

  • Avenno Baby Cream, and on top of that I also use Pure Lanolin-the kind they give you at the hospital for breast feeding. Keeps my DS hydrated. Otherwise when I put on the prescription ointment it itches more.
