  • it depends

are you married filing jointly or seperatly?
    are you married filing seperatly?
    are you Head of Household?
    are you single?
are you a widower with a child?

It all most cases you want to file anyway especially if you worked and you dont have to file because you can get all of the taxes that were taken out reimbursed to you.

But if you give me that info and Im assuming your under 65 if not correct me, I can help you figure that out.

  • I believe that you have to report all income over $600 from a single source.

Call the IRS 1-800-829-1040 - Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. your local time (Alaska & Hawaii follow Pacific Time).

  • $600 from a single source. However, if they send you a W2 or a 1099, you had better claim it, because the IRS knows you have it...
