  • Sorry but you know nothing of PA and the first option doesn't apply.

    Generally, services that help you find or keep a job are available to you through Jobs(Jobs is a Department of Economic Security (DES) program designed to help persons who receive cash assistance prepare for and find a job. Most adult and teen parents who receive cash assistance must work with Jobs to keep getting cash.. )
    These services include:

    * child care;
    * bus passes/transportation costs;
    * medical and dental services;
    * substance abuse treatment;
    * clothing, tools and equipment;
    * licenses;
    * emergency housing;
    * mental health counseling;
    * case management services

  • They help you with child care and transportation. So your first option is null.

  • Sorry but you know nothing of PA

    If you did you'd know those laws vary by state and not everyone qualifies for everything. Childcare subsidy around here doesn't even pay half of childcare cost.

    Yes they do vary, but sorry to disappoint you but all PA will help with child care look up every state and you will see if you receive cash assistance they will help pay for child care and transportation. So you can get and maintain a job. It's part of the assistance no matter where you are.

  • I never said they would fully cover it either, pay attention.

    Which is why both paychecks still go to daycare and gas money. You need to pay attention if you keep insisting something is wrong and then turn right around and prove it yourself.

  • okay fine you still want to not open your eyes and see how your own question doesn't work here.

    So how much does this person get paid for her two jobs? how many children does she have. How much PA does she receive, what forms of PA has she been eligible for, and has she applied to any other assistance?
    Has she been waived from participating in "JOBS"?
    Is she a victim of abuse? Ever had an addiction?
    So go ahead and give more information to your "Hypothetical" scenario.
