Do You Have a "Go-To" Spice?

i noticed tonight that whenever a dinner is "missing something" i add oregano and/or garlic. my DH even noticed that i always use these 2 more than the others. its just what tastes best to me haha

so what is your most used spice?

  • GOYA sazon packets...they have them that have annetto( or acchotto)? in it that gives a wonderful color to any dish..especially cool for meats that may not brown well. any of the goya products really are the secret that will make everyone think you cook good! also cumin... salt ....oh my new best friend for grilling ( or pan Frying) is the spice rub for beef pork and chicken by mckormick. One other thing Cubitos... or bullion cubes by goya or any bullion cubes are better than salt in rice and also to rub on meat before you cook, along with additional spice and oil to marinade.
