  • These are vey easy to make
    Homemade Brownies
    4 squares unsweeted BAKER'S chocolate
    3/4 cup butter
    2 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup flour

Melt the butter and the unsweetend chocolate in microwave for 2-3 min. then mix until chocolate is completely melted. Then add the 2 cups sugar, and mix till well blended. Then add the 4 eggs and vanilla, mix that. Last add the cup of flour mix until smooth and no lumps.
In a 13 by 9 in. baking dish, spray with cooking spray or whatever you grease a pan with. Pour brownir mix in pan and bake for 35 min or until you can stick a cake tester in and it comes out clean.
Bake in a 350 degree oven.

  • Open bag, pour in water and egg...and enjoy! You really cannot taste the difference..most times they taste better than homemade without the work!

  • This is an easy way to prepare ahead and have on hand for when you want to make homemade brownies.

    Brownie Mix

    1 1/2 cups non-fat dry milk
    4 cups flour
    4 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons salt
    4 cups sugar
    1 1/2 cups cocoa
This makes 10 cups of mix, or enough for 4 batches. Store in air-tight container, or in four zip-lock bags of 2 1/2 cup mix each
    To make brownies:
Melt 1 stick butter; add 3 Tablespoons water and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Beat in 2 eggs; stir in 2 1/2 cups brownie mix and add 1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts if desired. Mix well and bake in 8" square pan at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
