Does any one else think that people on PA should be required to buy candy for Halloween?

It is our tax dollars that buy the candy, so they should have to treat our kids, right?

  • What if they don't celebrate Halloween. No one has to buy candy. Some people can't afford it. The money goes to feeding there family, not making you happy.

  • HAHA, thats a good one. I don't think they should HAVE to but everyone I know who gets foodstamps also gives out lots of candy on Halloween. And another thing, it's not YOUR tax dollar who provides these foodstamps. Lots of my friends husbands work so actually them getting foodstamps is coming from their HUBS dollar. Just my opinion.

  • No I think if anything you should provide their kids with more. You make more money than they do so why are you so greedy?
