  • You milk doesn't come in until AFTER you have your baby. Probably a day or two.

  • Your milk doesn't come in until about 3-4 days after you give birth. It's possible to leak colostrum during pregnancy, sometimes as early as the first trimester, but it doesn't happen with every woman or every pregnancy. It's normal whether you leak colostrum during pregnancy or not, and either way doesn't have any bearing on your milk coming in.

  • The baby will get colostrum first, and then your milk will let down, like the anon said AFTER you have the baby..

  • You may leak some at any point during your pregnancy (even 2st trimester) or then you may not leak at all. But if you do leak this isn't milk. You produce colostrum at first. Your milk doesn't come in until after you deliver (babies just NEED colostrum for the first few days of life). The more often you BF the quicker your milk will come in. Some women don't get their milk until around day 3 postpartum. Mine usually comes in around the day after delivery.
