  • i tried it. i'm not too fond of it. you might as well be taking a laxative. it does the same thing.

  • The ingredient is illegal (not 'not yet approved' but actually contraband, illegal) in Canada and Europe, because it is unsafe.

    Of course, on the other hand, you can take it, lose weight, lose your ability to absorb vitamins A & D (enjoy your night blindness), stop producing vitamin K (don't get cut, you won't clot properly) and get to live with the delighful side effect they call 'anal leakage.'

    Yes, that means that slippery, uncontrollable and stinky, oily poo will slide out of your bum without you having any way to predict it or control it.

    Losing weight is probably worth all that, yes? As compared to eating a little bit less and working out a little bit more?

  • Diets and diet aids are temporary fixes. Unless you learn how to eat healthy for life, you will not be able to maintain a healthy weight and will stay on the gain/lose roller coaster - frustrating for you and hard on your body. Drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water every day. Eat 6-7 servings of whole grains (brown rice, whole grain bread, etc.) every day. Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables every day, in at least 3 different colors. Eat at least 2 servings of legumes every day. You will lose weight. You will maintain a healthy weight. You will get sick less often. You will be setting a wonderful example for your children.
