  • It would be best to get a diagnosis about why it is painful so that you know exactly what to do. If it is arthritis or tired muscles, you may be given exercises to do. Good luck!

  • Are you pregnant or just have a general painful back?

I use icy hot sometimes. (which My Dr ok'ed during pregnancy)

    Or a heating pad

    Hot shower

    Ice packs

    Ibuprofen or tylenol.

    Stretches on the floor.

They also make support bands for a large belly and it supports to help your back, if you are preggers.

And YES, I have done all of these A LOT. I have a tender back ;)

  • Try laying on the floor on your back, pull you knees up so you're in a ball and put your hands on your knees. Then make circles with your knees to the right, after that do it to the left. I suggest stretching before and after doing this. Its a simple way to massage your lower back out.

  • Warm rice sock. I also use Formula 303 and Advil together and that usually wipes the pain completely away by the morning.
