Can a 10 month old eat well cooked cauliflower?

  • Yes, but it may make him/her gassy. Mash it or cut it up to the appropriate texture, and give just a little bit. Veggies in the cabbage family are more likely than others to cause gas.

  • my nine month old loves it! We steam it and cut it to finger food size! But if yor baby isn't used to solid I would mash or puree it
