how can i maximize my chances of getting pregnant?

i've been trying for like a year now and nothing! i need some advice! fast

  • i'm learning about how to track your cycles to know when the best time to concieve is. someone recommended a great site and its pretty neat. you learn the signals your body gives to tell you hey you have 3 days, better get to it haha.....anyway i hope the best to you!

  • average weight, exercise, prenatal vitamins, eating healthy, quit smoking if you do, drinking in moderation are some ideas

  • have alot of sex and leave the "baby juice" in there for at least an hour, overnight is even better.

  • Start charting, especially basal body temp and cervical mucus. is a great website, and Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler is a great book, both devoted to planning pregnancy. You'll be able to know exactly when you ovulate, when you're fertile, when to expect your period, when you can test, etc. without much (if any) guesswork. And the website will even help you interpret your chart. It's all a matter of timing, and charting tells you when is the best time.
