How do I get a plum stain off baby clothes?

They are cotton.

  • i found that with fruit stains you have to pour boiling hot water on the clothing as soon as you notice the stain

  • If all else fails, buy a lemon and squeeze fresh lemon juice on it. It took out a red wine stain for my friend when oxyclean and shout had failed. Whatever you do, DON'T put it in the dryer until the stain has disappeared!

  • i use dreft or baby all on everything if i know its going to stain like plum jusice i have a little tooth brush and i dump dreft or baby all on the stain and scrub it and let it sit while i get the rest of the laundry around

  • I agree with the dreft. I don't use the laundry detergent any more, but I buy the dreft stain pre-treater and it takes out most baby stains. What doesn't come out with that does with oxyclean.
