help me, i'm 3 mths post c-sec and i'm feeling terrible

I'M ALMOST 3 MONTHS POST C-SECTON AND STILL IN PAIN?
AT FIRST I WAS IN PAIN RIGHT BELOW MY BELLY BUTTON, I TOOK PAIN MEDS FOR 2 MONTHS AND THE PAIN FELT A BIT BETTER, I SPOKE MY CONCERNS TO MY OBGYN AND SHE WASN'T WORRIED AT ALL. THEN I WENT TO A GP DOC AND HE FELT AROUND AND SAID HE FELT BLOOD PRESENT BUT AFTER HAVING A CT SCAN, THEY SAID EVERYTHING WAS IN THE NORMAL RANGE. THE PAINS ARE BACK TO THE THE FIRST WEEKS AFTER THE C-SEC. DOES ANY HAVE SOME ADVICE, IS THIS NORMAL AT ALL? PLEASE HELP. THANK YOU
