  • A conference of sorts to help them ease back into family life after being in theatre. My hubby will be returning from Iraq soon, but the briefing is weeks later.

  • Wow, none of our FRGs ever had those...LOL. We never even had any meetings to prepare us for all the deployments our husband's went on. We pretty much just learned on our own.

I wish you both Happy Homecomings!

yeah we have "meetings" but i don't go to them. most of the wives don't. apparently during their last deployment (we weren't with this unit during their last one) they did and there was TONS of drama so now only like 5 people go.

  • Basically to help you help him get back into the swing of things. It is also to help you understand what you willl be feeling when he comes home--it is ALL normal!
