I have to lose 100lbs andthe past 3 months I gavent lost a thing. I am stuck at 255.
Im 5 ft 9 so that makes me at least 100 lbs way over weight,
I hate myself I hates seeing me in a mirror. I dont even want my husband to see me naked. Its killed our sex life and I just misrible. I eat healthy and I walk an hour a day at the gym.
Its all I have time for but it adds up to 1 1/2 miles

Actually, not eating enough can slow down your metabolism. Your body needs nutrients from food. If you don't eat enough of the right things, you will not lose the weight. Go to http://www.mypyramid.gov/, enter your stats and see what you need to eat on a daily basis. Most importantly, you need to work on self-acceptance and being kinder to YOU. Until you overcome the negative thinking you won't lose the weight permanently.
