  • some people and studies have found ways to build up your imuinty for up coming illnesses by eating dirty food on a routine basis -- so local made honey, fruits grown local to where you live that you do not peel, milk from local farms in the raw
I am trying it out I started in May I'll let yo know at the end of flu season if it worked cause I'm not immunizing for flu or h1n1 and I'm an Er nurse so if you drop me a note early next year I'll let you know how it went
this IS NOT a substitute for Tetnus, MMR!! It's really just for pandemics
