how to get my 17 1/2 month old to eat regular food

I am trying to stop buying baby jar food but my daughter doesnt want to eat alot of the table foods. Any advice will help

  • Prepare her a plate of whatever you r having (making sure it's safe of corse). Sometimes it takes a while 4 them 2 accept n e new foods, it has 2 b offered a lot first. Always offer the table food b4 she even sees a jar. Also, ezting with her may encourage her 2 try new foods.

  • I would mash up a good bit of what you are eating then offer that to her. After awhile I would decrease the amount of mashing and hopefully you will be at the consistency of regular food.
