Does a fetus count as a household member on foodstamps? In the state of KY. I know it does in some other states.

  • nope. i was preggo with my second and i asked if i could put the unborn baby on and they said no, she doesn't count until she's born. that's what WIC is for.

  • no but like stated above, go to WIC and they will take care of you until the baby is born
