I forgot to ask doc!

But is it ok to have sex after ive started to dilate an efface plus my baby is at a -2 station!

  • YES! it can actually help start labor.... as long as your water hasnt broken you are fine!

  • Yep its fine. Like Mamakat said..as long as your water hasn't broken you can still have sex...unless your doctor specifically says no.
