  • Are you getting enough sleep (at least 7 hours a night), drinking enough water (at least 8 8oz glasses a day) and eating a healthy diet? Meat and dairy can weaken your immune system; a plant based diet can strengthen your immune systems. very day you should be eating 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables, in at least 3 different colors; 5-6 servings of whole grains; at least 2 servings of legumes.

  • Has your Dr done ALL the regular tests? I.E. blood, physical, hormone panel thyroid panel and HIV test? Done an MRI or X-rays? You need to start with the basics and go from there. Usually allot of infections means a compromised immune system. Aids is usually the culprit, but NOT always. See your Dr or get a new one who actually cares how his paitents feel.
