When you make hard boiled eggs, do you store them in the shell or do you peel them all first?

  • both, however it is easier to peel when still slightly warm. it depends on what I am using them for. I love to eat them warm with butter mashed in. you can keep them in a ziplock after peeling in the fridge. They do not need to be in water.

  • I store them in the shell unless I'm making egg salad for that day.

  • I peel them and store them in water. They peel really well when they've just been cooled for a few minutes.
