My mother said that she doesn't understand why Pagans simply answer Pagan when asked what religion they are. She said Christian's don't do this... And she didn't understand that there are different "paths" within the Pagan title because of this. However, I have heard many people of many different Christian denominations say they were Christian, most I have come across don't clerify between Baptist and Methodist.. They just say Christian. And same with Pagans, you don't hear most say they are Thelemic or Astatru they just usually say Pagan...
What do you think? When someone askes you do you generalize by saying Pagan or Christian (or whatever) or do you get path specific?

I dont get specific. I dont force my belief on someone else unlike most of the religions that will ask me my opinion on it and then tell me im going to hell if i dont convert.
