Whooping cough in six week old?

Okay so it looks like my ten year old son came down with whooping cough this week. I was vaccinated (dtap/whooping cough) before I left the hospital and my six week old daughter has been exclusively breastfed. How likely are my antibodies passed to my daughter through breastmilk? Oddly enough, I caught this earlier when I was six months pregnant with her but didn't realize what it was till now.

I have an appt with the Dr. first thing in the morning but from what I've read I'm panicking that she might end up being hospitalized.
