Where can I get a good yet not-too-expensive shoe for a toddler?

  • considering how fast they outgrow shoes (every 6 weeks) you dont have to get the "best" of any shoe. Just make sure it fits the foot and has some room for the toes. Wal Mart will do. Buster Brown stores are hard to find and SUPER expensive for a shoe the kid will outgrow in weeks.

  • I get almost all of my daughters shoes at target and old navy. They are cute but never over $10-$12

  • I bought some Carter shoes at Kohls on clearance. They cost about $12 and fit my son well. . .I've had bad luck with Walmart/Target shoes because my son has wide feet.

  • Consignment stores. With how quickly they outgrow them they are still usually in good condition. I just got my son a pair of Osh Kosh shoes that look brand new for $4.50.
