  • Find something they can do separately. Such as - if you have them signed up for an extra-curricular after school (I don't know their ages) - signe them up for different days, or different activities. My daughters are 6 and 7 - so it's almost like they are twins - they share a room, toys, clothes, etc - so sometimes we have to find separate things for them to do.

Also, separate time with individual parents is good. You might try to reward good behavior with stickers - and when they get 5 stickers (or what ever amount you choose) then they get extra alone time with mom or dad (like go shopping, to the park, to a movie, out for ice-cream, etc)

  • PS - we have our girls signed up for swimming on different days of the week. Gives them the individual attention they desire.

  • thanks! they are 2 1/2. they get individual time and nap at seperate times to get one on one time. its a new development in the ast 3 weeks...they laugh as they push each other like its a game! but i will definately have to try rewarding with stickers! thanks!
