Hi moms! I have looked at the recipes of making something with apples, but.. there are too many of them... i just want somethng simple,, just few things to mix with apples, something that my ten year old and 15 months old girls will like.... can anyone help me out ?? thanks!!!

  • Core and apple and poor diet soda in it, wrap in foil and bake for 25-30 min. it is so good.

  • apple tarts. apple sauce. apple pie. my dd like cinnamon apple slices. shell eat them all day if i let her.

    this is a recipe i used to make some! I only used half a cup of yogurt since that's all I had left lol but I made up for the other half w/ chunks of pear. i'm sure apples would be just as yummy!

  • Please don't give diet soda to children!

    Apple Crisp

    4 cups peeled and sliced apples
    1 Tablespoon lemon juice
    1/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    1 cup old-fashioned oats
    1/2 cup sucanat, or other sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/3 cup butter, melted

    Place apples in shallow baking dish; sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry ingredients, add melted butter, mixing until crumbly. Spoon over apples. Bakeat 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned and apples are done
