How to soothe a fussy 3 week old

My dd has been really fussy this last week. nothing seems to please her except me holding her all the time and sometimes that doesnt even work.
I make sure that she is fed, well burped, has a clean diaper. I swaddle her, put her in her bouncer, lay her on her back. Rock her. Nothing seems to work. She just fusses. While she fusses she acts as though she is hungry but she just ate 1hr ago and if I give her more she usually throws it up. Any suggestions?

  • gripe water? Culturelle ( which I wish I knew about when my son had colic ) gas drops? sometimes its just brain developments and they go through fussy spurts like this - pacifier if she'll take one?
