What do you think is a good age difference between kids? (for your family)

I see benefits to both having them close and far apart. But what do you think?
Our kids will be 2 1/2 years apart, not close but not far either.

  • I like kids 2 yrs apart, but mine are going to be 4 yrs apart. Little worried about the age difference.

  • I have 5 and there are about 3 years between each one. I like having some older ones. It kind of takes stress off of me a little knowing that the older ones can do most things on their own. In other words, I don't have to tie 5 pairs of shoes or cut up 5 plates of food, lol.
