  • Just stay away from high mercury content foods (if not sure google it) all the others you dont need to avoid right now-- its a second and thrid trimester issue youre too early to need to know

  • Stay away from caffine and drink bunches of water. No raw meats. Tuna only once or twice a week. Look it up for better results

  • no hot dogs or deli meats. No soft cheeses like Queso. But eat lots of veggies you need to pack in that folic acid!

  • when you go to your doctors, ask them for a list of what foods you can & cant have. also ask for a list of when medicines you can & cannot have. They say you should only have up to one cup of coffee worth of caffine a day but id stay away from caffine all together. As of spicy foods have all that you can handle but beware, heart burns a bitch in prenancy! Like anon said, no raw meats (as in sushi & what not) no high murury foods. Tuna once a week (i just stayed away completly). Be cafeful when it somes to sodium..foods high in salt. You retain lots of water when your pregnany & salts will make you blow up! Godd luck & congrats hun =]

  • Oh yeah! No chesses that would be like 'moldy' or i guess ages you could say..gorgunzala (sp) feta, ect. & deli meats..they say to no have those because once you open a pack and then put the rest in the fridge a sort of fungus grows on it that can be harmful to the baby.
