I've heard that to lose weight you have to burn more calories in a day than you take in. Here's my question....I take in around 150o calories a day, and I know I don't burn that during my workout. I'm lucky to burn 200 on the bike and thats staying on it at a resistance of 6 for 30 minutes. How is it possible to burn more than 1500 calories in a day? I have to take in at least that rightAnswer Question

Just breathing and moving and normal every day things burn calories too, just not as many as exercising. You also need calories just to survive. You probably burn more than you suspect.
