  • Coffee and cigarette is my morning. I don't eat untill about noon. My son and fiance have cheerios, raisin toast, or jelly toast. Owen gets a cup of milk and dad gets coffee.

  • Coffee with anything ... from eggs & toast to leftover Chinese. I barely make time for breakfast so whatever is the quickest to fix.

  • Coffee for sure, and then I try to have something diet friendly, oatmeal, healthy cereal, hard boiled egg, light english muffin with a touch of peanut butter... that kind of thing. Kids eat a variety, pancakes, french toast, yogurt, cereal, fruit, etc.

  • I am a true southern girl I guess .I have homebrewed iced tea with everything. Not at meals I tend to drink mineral water,Used to drink soft drinks, too many, and replacing them all was easy with mineral water.Other wise scrambled egg whites with salsa and fruit and half a english muffin. That combo though a lot keeps me from snacking.I snack less all day if I eat a full breakfast like that.
