What to feed a 9 month old?

i still give him formula but he seems soo hungry and always wants our food. i have tried to regular baby food but he is not very interested in it... what else can i feed him and what did your lil one at 9 months?

  • my dd never took to baby food ill give you her daily food plan if it helps
    7am-6oz bottle
    cheerios, diced apples/banana's , hardboiled egg yolk
    handful of gerber puffs/yogurt drops/gerber "cheetos' not sure the name of them and 2oz of apple juice
    12 noon- lunch
    6oz bottle
    diced chicken pieces/tuna, diced carrots,
    2pm snack
    handful of puffs
    6oz bottle
    shells with Parmesan cheese/cut up chicken breast/ diced veggie(pea's carrot's .cooked)
    last bottle of the night 8oz

    she is 9 months old

  • mine is turning 10 months on Monday. He LOVES veggie purees, quinoa, and, avocados.

  • my daughter was the same way..she didnt even eat baby food..she always wanted our we gave her potatoes and bananas and things like that

  • Have him try soft food - scrambled eggs, pasta, bananas, cheerios, graham crackers.
