Is there ANYTHING I can do to make this last month of pregnancy more bearable?

I'm tired, my feet hurt, yadda yadda.... Is there anything I can do to make these last 4 weeks more comfortable, less stressful, more easy-going? ANY advice would be nice. I'm done with feeling uncomfortable. Is there any old wives tale about how to safely make labor happen earlier? Is there any meditation practice that would make me forget how pregnant I am?

  • i had some nice pregnancy relaxation CDs. i bought them used on GL!

  • Swimming is a great idea. Get a massage, or cheaper- a pedicure. Both will rub away some pains. Take a bath, do yoga, go for a walk at night a few hours before bed (something to make you more tired and sleep better).
