Do you have a great recipe for a Soft & Chewy Peanut Butter Cookie?

I posted this question in my recipe group and I've had no responses. I want your best recipe for a chewy and soft peanut butter cookie like Nanny used to make. I don't want crispy cookies, I want the big kind that are great for soaking up milk. :)
