  • There is no solution, it is a cycle that all are to stubborn to break. People continuingly accuse people of being racist who are not, and other's classifying whole races because of experiences with certain individuals. People become so bitter of the mere fact that they can not do something because of race that it causes anger. White have to be sensitive of everything they say even if they are classifying by individual because if they are not the same color they will accused of being racists. And other races being scrutinized by some narrow minded people. Then it gets passed generation to generation... none willing to stop it.

  • It's people like u that make race a problem. Your probably a minority and you just can't stop. Why not just DROP it! Why does EVERYTHING always have to go back to race. If people like YOU could just let it go , a lot of the problem would go away. We have a BLACK president for God's sake!

  • I thought it would get better once we had a black president. It seems to have gotten worse.

That is one of the big problems right there . You referr to him by his skin color.
You too base it on race.
Racism is not something you just "let go" or "get over"
It is a problem that should be handled but sad to say will not go away for a while .
People throw the race card around so much it is not even funny.
Also since Obama came in to office it is being thrown around even more now.
Its all very pathetic and those that think it should just be dropped or forgetten , YOU are part of the problem.
You dont ignore a broken leg and expect it to fix its self .
Why ignore a major problem in this country and expect it to fix is self?

  • Instead of making a judgement call about a person based on skin color.....how about trying to judge a person on how they conduct themselves as a human being?

  • The solution is to treat everyone you know/meet on an individual basis and give up stereotypes and generalizations about people.

  • Racism isn't nearly as big of a problem as the media makes it out to be. We hear endless coverage of a few isolated incidents that emphasize on racism, so that people go around thinking that it happens on every street corner of every town in America. The fact is, it doesn't. We have come a long way--still a long way to go yet--but I don't think it's as bad as the media (who thrives on all sorts of tension and drama) want us to believe.
