  • you mean like sagging??
its not from breastfeeding. its from your boobs becoming engorged with milk. most woman whos milk comes in whether they BF or FF have engorged breasts. they stretching and sagging and shrinking is just from that.

a lot of women will decide NOT to breastfeed because they dont want their breasts to sag. well its not from that.

  • My boobs are bigger now then before. I was a B cup before and now a C cup.

  • Lol, no. Sometimes they do change, that's for sure, but for the most part, breastfeeding doesn't change your breasts, pregnancy does. The relaxin released at the end of pregnancy softens all your tissues, including the supportive and connective tissues int he breasts. If they seem smaller or deflated after breastfeeding it's due to the relaxin, not to breastfeeding itself.

Most women notice that their breasts are larger during and sometimes after breastfeeding. In my personal experience, my breases were much larger for the first few months and now they're exactly the same as they were before. Well... my nipples are more pliable, but other than that, they're the same.

  • Mine never got smaller than i was originally, I always got bigger but once i stopped breastfeeding my breast did go back to close their original size. I really would have loved to keep that nice full C cup.

  • yeah i agree. its a total myth that breastfeeding causes sagging or shrinking.

  • Nope. And breastfeeding doesn't make the changes. Pregnancy does.

No shrinking here. I'm twice as large as I had been pre-preg.
